An exciting opportunity has arisen for a seasoned Senior Planning Lawyer to join a highly regarded Real Estate Planning team within Bristol, known for advising on some of the UK's most iconic developments. This role offers an unrivalled chance to work on a wide range of premium level planning work outside of the city, including major residential schemes, new rail and road projects, airport developments, and waste and mineral projects.

What you'll do:

  • Working on consent orders and CPOs.
  • Providing advice on planning.
  • Analysing environmental statements.
  • Supporting the national real estate practice.

What you bring:

  • Legal qualification with 5+ years PQE within a planning team.
  • Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
  • Experience of planning & highway agreements.
  • Knowledge of EIA.
