We have Planning Engineer opportunities at all levels. Wherever you join us, you’ll play a central role in making exciting and diverse projects a reality. Valued up to £100m, your projects will span across the construction sector. You'll be trusted to lead your team and supported to develop further through structured training and career development opportunities.

Your purpose:

• Drive the overall integrated P6 programme.
• Liaise with Project Managers to maintain programme schedules and provide hierarchical performance reporting.
• Correlate schedule, cost, and risk assessments to inform decision-making and lead on "what-if" scenario planning.
• Provide detailed analysis of contractors’ programmes.
• Lead on integrating scheduling across all projects within your remit.
• Support the Project Controls Manager and lead on contractor requirements, working with delivery and procurement teams.
• Collaborate with project delivery teams, specialist client directorates, and external stakeholders.
• Proactively drive continuous improvement and provide specialist advice.

What you can bring:

• A proven track record in planning within large-scale construction or defence projects.
• Experience leading teams of professionals in complex environments.
• Expertise in construction project planning across large, multidisciplinary projects, with a solid understanding of project management principles.
• Understanding of commercial aspects within large projects and a history of driving value.
• Knowledge of programme contractual requirements, including NEC clauses.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• A recognised degree or professional qualification.
