  • Utilise a number of planning techniques and tools to communicate the programme effectively.
  • Contribute, support and communicate programme information, risk and commercial issues to operational teams in a variety of formats.
  • Chair collaborative planning workshops with clients, operational teams and subcontractors (depending on project requirements).
  • Update and monitor project progress, compile reports against project and contract requirements.
  • Introduce and analyse change in programmes and support the commercial teams.
  • Evaluate supply chain and subcontract programmes.
  • Comply with business processes and systems.
  • Maintain awareness of latest construction techniques.

Who are we looking for?

  • A demonstrable ability to develop, own and drive programmes.
  • The ability to communicate effectively with all parties.
  • Comfortable in presenting and client-facing situations.
  • Can demonstrate experience of working closely with site construction teams and understanding of each "customer's" programme requirements.
  • A clear ability for logical thinking and working in an ordered fashion.
  • The ability to work to often challenging timescales.
  • Experience in producing summary construction or project control information in Excel and Power BI would be an advantage.
