Job summary

Egis Group in Birmingham invites an experienced Planning Scheduler to lead capital delivery timetables. You will define scope, develop work breakdown structures, and set baselines that reflect learnings from previous projects while delivering realistic, achievable schedules.

Working alongside Project Controls, you will ensure integrated baselines for schedule, budget, and risk, while forecasting resources to pre-empt bottlenecks.

Qualifications

  • Expert level knowledge of Primavera (P6) and MS Project
  • A proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications
  • Degree educated ideally
  • NVQ level 3 or equivalent (A-level)
  • Good level of technical understanding
  • Excellent written and verbal skills
  • Strong planning and organising skills with demonstrated ability to manage in fine detail
  • Ability to interface with all relevant levels of client organisation
  • Development, deployment and continuous improvement of planning processes, procedures and systems.
  • You will have a a logical mindset and methodical approach.
  • You will be a good all-round team player with the ability to work to tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
