Job summary

Matchtech in London is seeking a Senior Planner to support infrastructure projects on a permanent basis, with hybrid working and frequent site commutes to London locations. The role reports to the Planning Manager and partners with project teams to plan, monitor and control programmes.

You will demonstrate strong time management, a proactive attitude, and facilitation skills to drive programme delivery and stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• P6 Primavera experience is a must.
• Proficient in Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Plan, monitor and control the programme schedule from award to completion.
• Conduct regular programme and progress meetings to keep the schedule updated.
• Apply Earned Value Analysis (SPI) to track progress against timelines.
• Ensure accurate planning and timely reporting of milestones and critical paths.
• Drive Collaborative Planning charts to monitor programme changes.
• Input change events and produce updated programmes to reflect changes.
• Lead workshops to mitigate programme slippage.
