Job summary

Ridge and Partners LLP in the United Kingdom is seeking a Senior Planner to develop robust work-package programmes, forecast budgets and schedules, and ensure NEC contract alignment. The role may be based in any office and requires strong experience in planning and project controls.

You will lead contractor programme assessments, maintain baselines with delivery teams, attend key meetings, support gate reviews, and contribute to Earned Value data and period-end reporting.

Qualifications

• Qualified to degree level (Engineering or Project Management).
• 8+ years relevant experience.
• Proven planning/project controls experience.
• PM accreditation preferred (MAPM, PMI).

Responsibilities

• Liaise with planning and scheduling counterparts and track baselines.
• Assess and report on contractor’s programmes under NEC3.
• Develop robust programmes with delivery teams to maintain baselines.
• Attend meetings on behalf of Planning or delivery teams.
• Support gate review processes and internal/external reviews.
• Provide budget and schedule forecasting with resource- and cost-loaded schedules.
• Contribute to period end reporting and Earned Value data.
