Penguin Recruitment are delighted to be supporting a global multi-disciplinary real estate consultancy in their search for a Senior Planner. They are seeking a Senior Planning Consultant to join their Birmingham-based Planning and Development team. Responsibilities
* Support the implementation of the business plan by managing and developing client relationships
* Contribute to business development assignments and represent the office/team in the market
* Develop and maintain strategic relationships with existing clients, with a focus on delivering contracts
* Strengthen the integrated portfolio by building links across business groups and global office network
* Proactively target new business opportunities and revenue with new and existing clients
* Lead and coordinate the team's work on client projects, prioritizing activities and delegating based on expertise and development needs
Qualifications
* 3-5+ years of broad planning experience with technical competence in relevant sectors
* Understanding of business development and client relationship management
* Demonstrable knowledge of the Midlands market and local real estate industry
* Degree level qualification and MRTPI Qualified
* Ideally 3+ years post MRTPI experience
Day-to-Day
As a Senior Planner, you will work in a fast-paced environment, utilizing strong client relationship skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You will be involved in all aspects of the planning and development business, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to drive growth and success.
