Job summary

HS2 Ltd is seeking a senior Planning professional to lead the integrated project schedule across delivery areas. You will drive dependencies, risk mitigation and robust planning practices to support decision making.

You will manage planning input with project controls, coach planners, and ensure schedules align with cost and risk assessments, while promoting a collaborative, diverse, and safety-conscious environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading planning across large, complex programmes.
• Advanced knowledge of NEC contracts and project controls.
• Experience governing project baselines and cost/risk integration.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and integration of the project schedule across delivery areas.
• Coordinate dependencies, risks and mitigation strategies with delivery teams.
• Manage change with Project Controls Managers and maintain schedules.
• Support What-if scenario planning and decision making.
• Provide planning and integration guidance across the programme.
