£100,000 - £110,000 & extensive package

Amida are working with one of Europe's leading curtain walling and envelope sub-contractors to appoint a Senior Planner based from their office in Central London on a Hybrid basis. All projects are based in Central London, working two days from home and three days from the office or sites as needed.

Our client is a well-established market leader in unitised curtain walling systems who provides a superior service to Tier 1 main contractors in the commercial, residential, educational, and health care sectors within Central London.

Due to the company growth and having a healthy pipeline of work, there is a need for an experienced Senior Planner to join the team.

About the Role:

1. Developing, maintaining, and managing all programmes and other time-related and production control deliverables.
2. Effectively communicating the project's planning roadmap and performance measures to a host of key stakeholders.
3. Questioning the project to ensure delivery is in line with all company, regional, and project business targets.

Experience Needed:

1. At least 5 years' experience working for either facades, cladding, structural steel, or other building envelope providers.
2. Degree or equivalent within quantity surveying.
3. Committed approach to work.
4. Stable work history.
