Senior Planner
UK/Europe

We’re looking for a Senior Planner who thrives on delivering excellence from bid to project handover.
You will work closely with our senior leadership and site teams, influencing some of the most exciting mission-critical projects in the UK and Europe.
Responsibilities include:
- Developing, reviewing, and managing programme plans from bid through delivery
- Leading project planning on large, complex schemes with autonomy
- Collaborating with clients, consultants, and supply chain partners
- Providing EOT advice, managing change, and producing “as-built” records
- Mentoring junior planners and contributing to best practice across the business
- Supporting business reporting with data insights and audits
- Advising during bid stage with method statements and time-related prelims
About you:
- Previous planning experience and deep knowledge of construction contracts and sequencing
- Excellent relationship-building skills and the ability to negotiate and collaborate with suppliers and clients
- Good knowledge of Asta Powerproject, Primavera P6, and Microsoft Project
- Confident in analysing project logic and identifying risks
- Skilled in communication, stakeholder engagement, and mentoring
- Curious, pragmatic, and always seeking smarter ways to work
