Job summary

A planning consultancy in Cardiff is seeking a Senior Planner to manage planning applications and provide expert advice. Ideal candidates should possess a degree in Town Planning and be a chartered member of the RTPI. This role offers an opportunity to lead strategic initiatives and mentor junior planners. Salary range is £40k-£50k with a permanent contract.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Town Planning or a related field.
  • Chartered member of the Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI).
  • Significant experience in a planning role.
  • Excellent knowledge of UK planning legislation and procedures.
  • Strong project management and leadership skills.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.

My client is an independent national Planning consultancy, and they are looking for a Senior Planner to join their Central Cardiff team. This is an excellent opportunity to progress your career and assist in the delivery of exceptional planning services across various sectors, including education, energy, health, residential, retail, and major mixed-use and regeneration schemes.
