A leading engineering firm is seeking a Senior Planner for an 18-month freelance role in the North West. The candidate will manage key gas transmission asset upgrades during the Design Phase, leading the project in a fast-paced environment. Experience in planning, project controls, and design build projects is essential. Flexibility for working from home is available during the design stage.

Senior Planner - Freelance - North West Based - 18 Month Duration

Our client is a multi million pound company who are looking for a Senior Planner to play apivotal role in managing their clients in key gas transmission asset upgrades within the Design Phase.

The successful candidate will be working in a fast paced organisation and will be leading a design and build project

This is a two stage project and some flexibility for working from home will be considered for the design stage.

Profile needed for the Senior Planner requirement:

Worked as a Planner previously

Experience working on programmes from Design phase

Experience working Developing Construction programmes

Proficient in the use of P6

Experience working on Cost Loading and project Controls

Worked on schemes such as Gas and Utilities

Engineering background would be preferrable

Experience of design and build projects is essential

Technical knowledge of gas process systems would be advantageous

Location: Northwest

Duration: 18 months
