Job summary

Carrington West is seeking a Senior Town Planner to join a growing planning consultancy. The role involves managing a caseload, preparing planning applications and statements, and mentoring junior staff. Hybrid working and a flexible environment support work-life balance.

Qualifications

The Role

As a Senior Town Planning Officer, you will be managing your own caseload while also contributing to larger and more complex projects. You will be preparing and submitting planning applications, drafting and reviewing planning statements, and developing strategies to achieve successful outcomes. You will be working closely with colleagues and clients in a collaborative way, while also mentoring junior colleagues and supporting their development.

This is a varied role where you will be encouraged to take ownership of your work, contribute ideas, and build strong client relationships. With hybrid working and flexibility offered, you will have the freedom to manage your time effectively while being part of a supportive team.

Salary and Benefits

You will receive a salary of £38,000 - £45,000 DOE, alongside:
