Urgently looking for a Senior Planner to work on a large refurb/ fit out project in Central Birmingham.

Requirements:

- Worked as a Senior Planner previously

- Proficient in the use of Asta Powerproject

- Experience working on Major projects

- Worked on projects in City Centre locations with logistical challenges

- Worked on projects around £50m in value

- Experience working on schemes such as Refurb, Fit Out and Commercial Offices

Status: Inside IR35

Location: Birmingham

Duration: 12 months
