Job summary

Navartis is seeking an experienced Freelance MEP Planner to support a major building project in Glasgow. You will develop, maintain and monitor detailed programmes for a large MEP package, working closely with project and MEP teams.

The role requires strong MEP planning experience, knowledge of mechanical and electrical sequencing, and familiarity with large-scale packages. Clearance (SC or Basic) may be required, and prior contractor/MEP subcontractor exposure is preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong previous experience as an MEP Planner / Building Services Planner.
• Proven experience working on large MEP packages.
• Good understanding of mechanical and electrical installation sequencing.
• Main contractor or major MEP subcontractor experience preferred.
• Ability to develop and maintain detailed MEP construction programmes.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and monitor detailed programmes for the large MEP package.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, MEP Managers, subcontractors and site teams.
• Liaise with project teams to ensure schedules align with construction milestones.

Freelance M&E Planner - Major Building project - Large MEP Package

Location: Glasgow

Duration: 4-6 months (possible extensions)
Rate: £500 - £540 per day

Status: Outside IR35

We are currently looking for an experienced Freelance MEP Planner to support the delivery of a major project in the Glasgow area

Working alongside the project and MEP teams, you will take responsibility for developing, maintaining and monitoring detailed programmes for the large MEP package.

SC or Basic Clearance would be needed
