• Full UK Driving Licence required.

Job description

Due to a significant period of growth, an established main contractor is looking for an experienced Planner or Senior Planner to work in their preconstruction team. The position will be an 80/20 split in tender and live works planning, mainly office-based with site visits as required.

What will they consider?

• An experienced Planner looking for the next step in their career
• An established Senior Planner seeking a new challenge
• A Site Manager/Engineer interested in moving into Planning

Key Requirements:

• Main contracting background within the building/construction sector
• A construction management or engineering background is preferred but not essential
• Proficient in Asta PowerProject software
• Experience with various commercial construction projects (commercial, education, health, etc.)
• Excellent communication skills, ability to work under pressure, team player, autonomous when needed
• Full UK Driving Licence

Salary & Package:

• Basic salary of £75,000 - £85,000 (DOE)
• Company bonus scheme (10%)
