• Prepare written fee proposals in line with practice standards
• Deliver clear, expert planning advice to clients across sectors
• Work within a team of consultants on small to mid-scale projects
• Assist with business development and client relationship management
• Maintain communication with clients and internal teams throughout project delivery
• Support senior staff and Partners on larger and more complex schemes
