The Opportunity:

Due to recent contract awards, a leading tier 1 contractor is looking for a Senior Planner to join their Southwest division. This company has a full order book and has secured large projects with public sector clients, ensuring workload for the next 3-5 years. Their portfolio includes projects valued between £10m and £150m, such as education, healthcare, commercial, residential, and industrial schemes.

What will they consider?

• An experienced Planner seeking a step up to Senior Planner.
• An established Senior Planner looking for a new challenge.

The Key Requirements:

• Main contracting experience within building/construction.
• Tender and live works experience.
• A practical construction management or engineering background is preferred but not essential.
• Proficient in Asta PowerProject (not essential if transitioning from engineering or site management).
• Exposure to various commercial construction projects (commercial, education, health, etc.).
• Excellent communication skills, ability to work under pressure, team player, autonomous when needed.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Qualified in a relevant subject to a high standard.
