Job summary

• Lead planned maintenance, energy and project programmes across a diverse portfolio of HCC Corporate Estate assets, including council offices, farms, museums, historic buildings, registered care homes, libraries and country parks.
• Manage multiple multi-million-pound programmes comprising projects of varying value and complexity while building strong relationships with senior stakeholders.
• Support procurement activity, making effective use of existing frameworks, contracts and contractor arrangements to deliver programmes efficiently and successfully.
