Job Description:

We're currently working in close partnership with a growing consultancy that is searching for a skilled PK/PD modeller. This role requires extensive use of mechanistic PK/PD modelling and Population PK/PD to drive drug development into first-in-human trials and across clinical development.

Responsibilities:

• Implement model-based drug development strategies to support nonclinical development.
• Provide hands-on modelling and simulation expertise for PK/PD and PBPK projects.
• Be a key member of discovery project teams as a PK expert.
• Contribute to the regulatory summaries of PK documents.
• Mentor junior modellers in the team.

Requirements:

• PhD in a scientific discipline.
• Proven industry experience contributing to drug development from a PK/PD perspective.
• Hands-on expertise in PK/PD modelling and simulation.
• Proficient in software including Phoenix WinNonlin, NONMEM, R, etc.
