Mission Mars is seeking a Senior Sous Pizzaiolo to lead and elevate operations in our kitchen. You will work closely with the Head Pizzaiolo, ensure top quality across every service, and drive development of the kitchen team.

You must demonstrate proven leadership in a high-volume kitchen and expert Neapolitan pizza knowledge, with a focus on safety, training, and maintaining standards. Competitive salary and growth opportunities included.

Responsibilities

• Support the Head Pizzaiolo in running kitchen.
• Manage station prep, workflow and service across shifts.
• Lead and motivate the kitchen team.
• Maintain Rudy's quality standards and recipe adherence.
• Oversee food hygiene, allergens and health & safety.
• Contribute to training, coaching and development of the team.
• Take ownership of the kitchen in the Head Pizzaiolo's absence.
• Support stock management, ordering and waste reduction initiatives.
