Job summary

Millbank Holdings Ltd is seeking a Piping Engineer to contribute to the analysis, design assessment, and integrity of complex engineering systems within highly regulated environments. You will apply expertise in pipe stress analysis, substantiation, and technical justifications on multidisciplinary projects across industrial, maritime, nuclear, defence, and other high-hazard facilities.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Piping Engineer in industrial, maritime, defence, nuclear or high-risk settings.
• Strong knowledge of piping standards and codes, including UK/European standards.
• Experience performing pipe stress analysis and evaluating plant systems under hazards.
• Ability to develop technical justifications and design change support documentation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain substantiation documentation for safe operation of critical facilities.
• Produce modifications and design change packages complying with regulatory requirements.
• Present engineering submissions and justifications to governance and safety panels.
• Support inspection, maintenance and testing strategies to ensure asset reliability.
• Provide specialist guidance and review calculations and reports from internal/external teams.
