Job summary

PWS Technical Services (UK) Ltd is seeking a Senior Estimator with strong piling, foundation and geotechnical experience. You will develop estimates and tender bids for diverse contracts across the UK, coordinating with clients to deliver bespoke value-engineered solutions that meet regulatory and client specifications.

The role requires accurate cost forecasting, bid management and proactive supplier collaboration to maximise margin and project success.

Qualifications

• Develop accurate estimates for piling, foundations and GE contracts.
• Prepare competitive tenders, bids and quotations tailored to client specs.

Responsibilities

• Develop accurate and timely estimates for projects UK-wide.
• Produce value-engineered bids and proposals aligned with client requirements.
• Attend bid meetings with clients and representatives under deadlines.
• Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to improve safety, performance and profit.
• Identify new opportunities and maintain robust tender processes.
