University Hospitals Birmingham NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Band 6 Senior Physiotherapist to lead specialist inpatient physiotherapy within Trauma & Orthopaedics and Healthcare of Older People. You will work autonomously, assess complex patients, plan discharge, and contribute to 7-day service provision across diverse caseloads.

You will supervise students and junior staff, engage in service improvements, and align with HCPC standards.

Formación

• Registered physiotherapist with HCPC and degree.
• Maintains competence through CPD and post-graduate training.

Responsabilidades

• Manage specialist inpatient caseload in Trauma & Orthopaedics and HOOP.
• Provide expert physiotherapy using advanced clinical reasoning.
• Supervise and develop junior physiotherapists and support staff.
• Contribute to audit, quality improvement, and service development.
