East Kent Hospitals University NHS Foundation Trust in Margate is seeking a Band 6 Physiotherapist to join the Trauma and Orthopaedic Team on a maternity cover basis. You will work with a supportive MDT including Band 7s and rotation trainee staff to deliver expert physiotherapy care.
The role requires managing a clinical specialist caseload across rotations, providing treatment plans, training junior staff, and deputising for the Team Leader on clinical and managerial issues.
As a result of maternity leave a temporary exciting opportunity has arisen for a suitably qualified Band 6 Physiotherapist to join our Trauma and Orthopaedic Team at QEQM.
The successful candidate will work as part of a highly experienced, friendly team of a Band 7 Physiotherapists and Occupational Therapists, Band 6 Physiotherapists and Occupational Therapists and also rotational band 5s, Band 4s and support workers. A good range of Band 5 rotations is essential. The post holder will be expected to provide regular post graduate training within their clinical specialty and work alongside Band 7s to complete some departmental managerial duties.
