We Are Recruiting a Band 6 Physiotherapist For Our Rotation At Whipps Cross Hospital (WXH) To Be Part Of Our Therapy Vision For Our Physiotherapy Service

Our General And Specialist Rotations Include
- Stroke Rehabilitation & Community Stroke Service
- Neuro Outliers
- Acute Older Peoples Services
- Critical Care with Surgery
- Surgery, Amputee Rehabilitation & Critical Care
- Acute Medicine with the following specialties: endocrinology, neurology & respiratory.
- Orthopaedics
- Emergency Therapy Team - Frailty unit, Accident & Emergency, Acute Assessment Unit
You will be involved in Quality Improvement projects, have students, participate in weekend working and the emergency respiratory on-call rota, supported by band 7 OT and PT team leads and the OT/PT Clinical Leads. We have a Trust’s Appraisal system and a Band 7 Practice Development Physiotherapist. The practice development team provide and support others to provide therapy intervention including assessment, treatment, and discharge planning across the department with a specific focus on training, upskilling and development of staff (including students).
HCPC registration and previous NHS experience is essential for this post.
