We are delighted to advertise a full time, static Band 6 Senior Physiotherapist to work as part of the Cardiothoracic Physiotherapy Team at the Freeman Hospital. The Cardiothoracic Physiotherapy Team provide specialist and dedicated physiotherapy input to patients requiring thoracic and cardiac surgery, solid organ transplantation and patients requiring cardiothoracic intensive care, including advanced mechanical circulatory support.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing team and service, support with physiotherapy pathway development and integrate into cardiothoracic multi-professional teams. The successful candidate will be supported by Advanced Physiotherapists in Critical Care, VAD and Transplant and the Clinical Specialist Physiotherapist for Cardiothoracic. We welcome applications from enthusiastic, committed physiotherapists with experience of working within acute surgical and critical care environments. Existing cardiothoracic physiotherapy experience is desirable.
