Senior Physiotherapist

Job Description

This role involves managing a clinical caseload, providing high-standard physiotherapy assessment and treatment, and working closely with the multidisciplinary team to ensure excellent patient care. Responsibilities include assessing and treating inpatients and outpatients, providing surgical pre-operative assessments, and offering clinical guidance to physiotherapy staff. The position also emphasizes delivering outstanding customer service within a professional and caring environment.

Applicants should meet the following criteria:

• Chartered Physiotherapist with extensive postgraduate general Physiotherapy experience and relevant specialization.
• Registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
• Knowledge of CSP and HCPC Codes and guidelines, and their practice implications.
• Understanding of the Care Standards Act and Care Quality Commission requirements.
• Familiarity with Quality Assurance tools.
• Degree-level education or equivalent qualification.
• GCSEs in Maths and English at grades A to C or equivalent functional skills level 2.
