This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced, dynamic, and enthusiastic Physiotherapist to join our Inpatient Therapy Team. The post holder will be employed as a Senior Physiotherapist working collaboratively with other Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, and Assistants across the Front of house and medical wards.

The post holder will be expected to have experience in the occupational therapy assessment and management of acute care patients, patient flow, facilitating discharges, and gaining experience across a variety of specialties.
The Occupational Therapy and Physiotherapy Service are well-established, large, progressive, and dynamic services, which continue to develop within the Trust. The team is friendly and supportive, with mentorship available from senior clinicians and the AHP Service Leads.
This post offers development in clinical and leadership skills, with support to attend relevant postgraduate courses. An established and comprehensive training program is available, and staff are encouraged and supported in their CPD through workshops, clinical supervision, and the appraisal process. There is also an expectation to actively participate in audit and research, with close links to the University of Teesside and Durham University.
