Role Overview:

• As a Senior Physiotherapist at our gym, you'll hold a BSc in Physiotherapy or equivalent and be registered with the Health and Care Professions Council.
• You should possess excellent clinical reasoning and rehabilitation skills and be committed to professional development.
• You must be a confident communicator, capable of engaging with diverse populations.

Support and Development:

• You will receive clinical support from your Regional clinical lead and on-site management team.
• We provide a CPD budget to encourage continuous learning and clinical excellence.

• Interest in building client relationships within a corporate setting.
• Flexible working options available, including triage from home and adaptable shift patterns.

Main Responsibilities:

• Work with musculoskeletal conditions, from sports injuries to workplace-related issues.
• Deliver evidence-based, safe, effective, and patient-centered clinical care.
• Monitor treatment standards continuously.
• Ensure compliance with professional and governance standards, participate in audits and quality assurance.

Qualifications and Skills:

• BSc in Physiotherapy or equivalent; registered with HCPC.
• Evidence of ongoing professional development.
• Strong communication skills and IT proficiency.
• Effective workload management and prioritization skills.
