Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in software engineering.
• Strong experience building and shipping scalable web applications.
• Comfortable in Agile environments with sprint-based delivery.
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD and DevOps principles.
• Experience supporting production systems.
• Passion for mentoring and raising engineering standards.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end feature delivery.
• Partner with Product on roadmap and prioritisation.
• Mentor and support junior engineers.
• Lead best practice adoption (testing, CI/CD, observability).
• Contribute to architectural decisions.
• Manage technical debt and platform health.
• Support incident resolution and continuous improvement.
