Telecom Acquisitions Ltd is seeking a Senior PHP Developer in Horsham to own and deliver technical solutions across digital platforms. You will design, develop, test and maintain PHP-based applications, APIs, and integrations while collaborating with Marketing and stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable, robust systems.

The role emphasizes building efficient code, enhancing performance, and ensuring reliable user journeys within an Agile environment.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience as a Full-Stack PHP Developer with strong PHP, Apache/Nginx, SQL and Linux exposure.
• Experience building and integrating RESTful APIs and third‑party services, plus deploying apps in Cloud environments.
• Strong database design, complex queries, data integrity and performance optimization.
• Excellent debugging and problem-solving skills with clean, maintainable code.
• Collaborative approach in Agile settings translating requirements into technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Own the marketing development stream delivering technical solutions for campaigns and digital initiatives.
• Lead creation, deployment, maintenance and optimising of digital customer journeys for seamless UX.
• Interpret briefs, define scope and technical requirements from concept to delivery.
• Develop, test and maintain PHP-based applications following best practices.
• Design and maintain databases ensuring data integrity and performance.
• Test, troubleshoot and resolve defects while optimising system reliability.
• Work with Marketing and business teams to meet deadlines and deliver value.
