Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver secure, scalable, and accessible applications that meet user needs and adhere to government digital standards.
• Build and maintain APIs for internal and external consumption.
• Develop automated tests and integrate testing into continuous delivery pipelines using Cypress.
• Support CI/CD pipelines and containerized environments using Docker, Kubernetes, Helm charts, etc.
• Use version control tools (e.g., Git) effectively to manage code and collaborate with other developers.
• Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Engage in peer reviews and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.

Key Skills:

• Strong experience in PHP development, particularly with Drupal 10 and WordPress.
• Experience with Cypress or similar testing tools.
• Working knowledge of DevOps practices, including Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with version control systems such as Git.
• Ability to build and maintain automated test suites in support of a Continuous Development environment.
• Familiarity with building accessible and user-centered services in line with GDS and GOV.UK Service Standards.
