The Role

Castore are hiring a Senior Photographer to join our in-house Studio team. This team is responsible for creating all Marketing and E-commerce content for Castore and its partners.

The successful candidate will be motivated and driven to be better; Photography is an obsession to you. You are aware of current photographic culture as well as prior knowledge of photographic styles.

You want to continually learn and improve yourself and your skills and educate others. You are confident in external, internal and studio lighting techniques.

We offer broad-spectrum creative briefs across our core, automotive, F1, football, tennis, cricket, golf and rugby accounts. You'll work on content from the biggest & best teams in these areas, both UK and International.

This role is on a six-month fixed-term contract

Responsibilities
E-Commerce Photography:
  1. Contribute towards e-commerce planning, delegating workloads to direct reports, ensuring high product photography standards for online platforms, and ensuring consistency in lighting, composition, and styling to align with brand guidelines.
  2. Collaborate with stylists, retouchers, and product teams to deliver e-commerce photography.
  3. Contribute to the development of e-com photography for all facias within Castore.
  4. Analyse weak points, roadblocks, theories, resolution, and present findings to key stakeholders.
  5. Ensure e-commerce daily / weekly targets are being achieved as planned.
  6. Ensure e-commerce daily / weekly admin is being completed and accurate communication is being made to maintain output visibility.
  7. Review weekly e-com outputs to maintain high standards and provide feedback where necessary (QC).
  8. Build and educate junior/midweight direct reports and wider team to motivate and progress one another.
Creative Photography:
  1. Contribute towards long and short-term creative photography concepts and development for Team Sports and mainline brands.
  2. Develop shoot strategy around the creative direction.
  3. Shoot teamsports and mainline creative campaigns across a multitude of tiers.
  4. Review & research photographic standards and styles, maintaining and feeding into Castore's creative photography direction.
  5. Work alongside production in photographic budgeting and planning of creative photography shoots.
  6. Ensure imagery is archived and backed up in triplicate.
  7. Ensure imagery is being processed and communicated post-photography to the relevant internal and external teams.
  8. Build and educate junior/midweight direct reports and wider team to motivate and progress one another.
