Job summary

Hywel Dda University Health Board is seeking a Senior Pharmacy Technician to lead the Pharmacy Technician team at Withybush Pharmacy Department. The role involves day-to-day management to ensure safe, accurate and efficient service across dispensary, stores and procurement.

You will deputise for the site Chief Pharmacy Technician, line manage staff, support recruitment and workforce planning, and drive quality improvement while maintaining governance standards within the NHS framework.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in pharmacy leadership and supervision.
• Line management of Pharmacy Technicians and Assistant Technical Officers.
• Ensure compliance with governance standards using performance data.

Responsibilities
