Job summary

Qualifications

  • Registered Pharmacy Technician with the GPhC.
  • Significant post-qualification experience working within a hospital pharmacy.
  • Prior experience supervising and mentoring junior staff.
  • Experience leading or supporting operational pharmacy services within a hospital setting.
  • Experience contributing to service development and quality improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership and operational oversight of core pharmacy services.
  • Lead, support and develop the technical workforce.
  • Collaborate with the Pharmacy Leadership Team to implement service developments.
  • Contribute to departmental performance through KPI, audit and financial data analysis.
