Job description

Are you a registered Pharmacy Technician passionate about training and developing pharmacy staff? Are you interested in furthering your career by supporting, developing, and implementing training and education within an innovative team dedicated to providing excellent patient care? If so, this exciting opportunity awaits you within the Pharmacy Education and Training team at Chesterfield Royal Hospital.

We are seeking an enthusiastic, hardworking, and ambitious Pharmacy Technician who is passionate about training and developing staff to their full potential across a range of pharmaceutical services.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Support the management and development of dispensing and clinical education and training for all pharmacy staff in collaboration with the Pharmacy Education and Training team.
  2. Deliver technical training to ensure staff possess the necessary knowledge and skills to provide safe and excellent patient care.
  3. Participate in reviewing and updating departmental induction programs, training materials, and competency assessments for staff groups.
