Job summary

We are offering a Senior Pharmacy Technician role at HMP Garth in Lancashire. You will manage the pharmacy service on your allocated prison wing, working independently and as part of a wider team to support inmates with their medication needs. 37.5 hours per week, 1 weekend in 4.

Salary between £34,428 - £41,658 per annum depending on experience. Candidates must have a legal right to work in the UK and will undergo security checks.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Senor Pharmacy Technician to join our Pharmacy Team at HMP Garth Garth is a High Security has male prison with around 792 males and is a category B Prison located in Lancashire. As a Pharmacy Technician, you will be responsible for managing the pharmacy service on your allocated prison wing, working both independently and collaboratively as part of a wider team of eight. The role offers a varied and rewarding opportunity to support patients with their medication needs within a prison healthcare setting. There are also opportunities for ongoing training, professional development and skills enhancement, allowing you to build on your existing experience and further develop your career in pharmacy.

Hours:

Monday - Sunday service 37.5 hours per week 7.30am - 6.30pm 1 weekend in 4

Salary

You will receive a salary between £34,428 - £41,658 per annum depending on experience.
