Job summary

CSL seeks a Senior Pharmacovigilance Scientist to join our Global Safety & Pharmacovigilance team. You will monitor, evaluate, and manage the safety profile of CSL medicines across their lifecycle, coordinating with Development, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, and Clinical teams.

You will lead safety reviews, perform signal detection, review literature, and contribute to PSURs and risk management plans. Mentoring junior PV staff and supporting cross-functional teams are key aspects of the role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or equivalent degree in pharmaceutical, nursing or biological sciences (Med/Pharm preferred).
• 7+ years' pharmacovigilance experience in multinational pharma with ≥3 years as a PV scientist or similar.
• Knowledge of ICH GCP and drug development is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety review and evaluation of safety data across product lifecycles with the Global Safety Lead.
• Perform end-to-end signal detection and analysis from diverse data sources and present summaries.
• Review literature for safety information to inform analyses and safety reports.
• Contribute to PSURs, DSURs, PADERs, and Risk Management Plans as needed.
• Mentor junior PV staff and support onboarding.
