Job summary

Physiomics plc seeks an experienced pharmacometrician for a hands-on senior role combining technical delivery, client leadership and scientific strategy. You will develop population PK, PK/PD and exposure–response models, and lead projects with biotech and pharma clients.

With 8+ years in pharma/biotech/CRO, you will apply regulatory-informed modelling, actively contribute to business development and work across data from preclinical to clinical development.

Qualifications

• Pharmacometrician with deep expertise in population PK and PK/PD.
• Experience leading modelling projects and working with clients.
• Strong regulatory understanding of pharmacometrics and MIDD.

Responsibilities

• Develop and apply population PK, PK/PD, exposure–response and trial simulation models using R or comparable tools.
• Lead client projects from modelling strategy to delivery and actionable recommendations.
• Develop analysis plans, reproducible code and technical reports.
