Are you looking for an exciting challenge? Due to an internal move, we are seeking to appoint a forward-thinking, enthusiastic, and clinically experienced Pharmacist to join our Homecare Team.

With the increasing number of biologics being reviewed by NICE, Homecare is becoming a clear route of cost-effective prescribing and supply for managing the long-term medicine needs of patients.

In this role, you will be responsible for leading, managing, and strategically developing the service for our Biologics and Homecare patients, including Rheumatology, Gastroenterology, and Dermatology.

One of the key elements of this role is to manage switching of biologics agents in line with Trust objectives. You will lead on these initiatives and report on biologic use within the Trust.
