The Chemical Analytics team at ICIS comprises over 50 employees located across various offices and regions. Team members have expertise in specific value chains (e.g., olefins, aromatics, polyolefins, vinyls). The team has diverse backgrounds including research, engineering, and economics. Analysts work closely with colleagues in other functions, regions, and time zones. The position is based in Europe, preferably at our London headquarters, with a hybrid work model requiring at least two days in the office weekly. Regular interactions with colleagues and clients across different regions and time zones are expected.
We are seeking a Senior Analyst to join our rapidly expanding Chemical Analytics team. The team focuses on quantifying and analyzing chemical markets to help customers understand market dynamics, reasons behind trends, and future outlooks. Analysts will lead the production of short-term price forecasts for designated commodities, manage supply and demand balances, and work directly with clients to interpret data and market nuances. There is also scope to enhance analytical models to improve existing products and develop new offerings.
