Job summary

A highly successful professional services firm in Newton Abbot seeks a Personal Tax and Trust Senior to join their team. You’ll handle Personal Tax, Trust and Estate returns, and year-end trust accounts, with scope to grow into tax planning and advisory work.

Att/CTA/TEP qualified or equivalent experience is preferred, with several years in personal tax and trusts within an accountancy or legal firm. Salary £35,000–£46,000 plus benefits, flexitime and flexible working.

Qualifications

• ATT / CTA or TEP qualified, or qualified by experience, or currently studying for one of these.
• Experience in personal tax and trust administration within accountancy, legal, or specialist tax firms.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and administrate Personal Tax, Trust and Estate Tax Returns and year-end trust accounts.
• Deliver a high-quality compliance service with a portfolio of tax and trust administration cases.
• Prepare IHT100 and IHT418, SA900 returns and assist on advisory planning projects as you progress.
