Job summary

Leigh Day is seeking a senior personal injury lawyer to develop and manage a caseload of serious PI claims across multiple specialisms. You will oversee end-to-end litigation, investigate and pursue claims, and mentor junior associates and paralegals while contributing to business development initiatives.

Qualifications

Qualified lawyer with solid demonstrable experience in Personal Injury.
5+ years (or equivalent) of relevant post-qualification experience.
Experience in conduct of cases from initial advice through to trial.

Responsibilities

Develop and manage a caseload of serious personal injury claims across specialisms.
Manage end-to-end litigation and investigate and pursue claims.
Provide supervision and mentoring to junior associates and paralegals, and support business development.
