The Client

Our client is a UK based recruitment consultancy who focus on the construction and FM sectors.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

1. Interviewing and registering suitable candidates.
2. Ensuring all candidates undergo a “best candidate” experience.
3. Working to pre agreed financial objectives.
4. Arranging candidate interviews.
5. Attending industry networking events.
6. Placing candidates into permanent positions.
7. Developing and nurturing new accounts.

Desired Skills & Experience

1. Experience of working in recruitment within the white collar construction or other relevant recruitment sector.
2. Experience of permanent recruitment.
3. Able to demonstrate evidence of success within the recruitment work environment.
4. Able to manage and develop existing client accounts.
5. Excellent written skills with a strong attention to detail.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
7. A team player who is self-motivated and driven.

The Package

Competitive basic salary and monthly bonus scheme. Hybrid Working. 1-2 days office based.
