About the Role:

We’re hiring an experienced Senior Perm Salesforce Recruitment Consultant to scale a warm £300,000 desk with 10 existing clients into a £500,000+ desk in 12-18 months.

As a specialist in permanent recruitment, within the IT space, whether that be in Software, Data, Cloud, AI, or Infrastructure, you’ll take full ownership of client relationships and candidate journeys, delivering high-value placements across a fast-moving market.

Key Skills and Experience:

Experience: Minimum 2 years in 360 recruitment in the IT space.

Track Record: Demonstrated success in permanent recruitment with strong billing performance.

Client Relationship Skills: A consultative, relationship-led approach with credibility in front of senior stakeholders.

Delivery Focused: Able to manage multiple roles and clients with precision and consistency.

Market Knowledge: Understanding of the Salesforce talent landscape and trends across the wider tech market.

Communication: Strong communicator, capable of influencing clients and candidates with ease.

Self-Motivation: A high performer who thrives independently in a results-driven environment.
