Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in non-functional/performance testing for large-scale applications.
• Hands-on experience with Gatling and open-source performance tools.
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Gradle/Maven).
• Skilled in monitoring/logging with Prometheus and Grafana.
• Proficiency in scripting languages (Scala, Python, Shell).

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a Gatling-based performance testing framework integrated into CI/CD pipelines.
• Define non-functional requirements and performance acceptance criteria.
• Analyze performance test results and production metrics to identify trends, risks, and improvements.
• Mentor junior testers and drive continuous improvement in performance testing practices.
