  • Actively maintain cross-functional relationships with engineering, design, and operations teams.

  • Integrate innovative methodologies and tools based on latest industry trends and technological advancements.

  • Support race and test events as required, including occasional weekend work - this will be on an ad hoc basis.

What We’re Looking For

  • Existing experience in Vehicle Dynamics or Performance Optimisation, ideally within an F1 or high-level motorsport environment.

  • A relevant engineering degree or equivalent experience.

  • Strong analytical capability with the ability to interpret complex datasets and uncover performance trends.

  • Proficiency in tools such as Matlab andPython.

  • A methodical problem-solver with the creativity to approach technical challenges from multiple perspectives.

  • Highly organised and capable of managing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and confidently to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • A collaborative and proactive mindset, eager to innovate and contribute to a high-performing team.

Cultural Fit and Expectations

  • Act as a positive ambassador for the team and the wider organisation.

  • Align with our core Williams' Values & Behaviours, promoting a respectful and inclusive working culture.

  • Demonstrate a consistent commitment to health and safety, quality, and cost cap awareness.
