About the role

We are looking to recruit an eager and highly motivated Senior Performance Marketing Executive to join our Global Digital Acceleration function at No7 Beauty Company. This is an exciting opportunity to support our mission to embed digital marketing best practice across No7 and Liz Earle e-commerce websites.

Reporting into the Performance Marketing Manager, you will support the performance marketing activation & optimisation across paid social and affiliates for Lizearle.com, working in close partnership with our agency and creative partners.

  • Support the delivery of impactful performance marketing activity from planning to execution to ensure high-quality, converting traffic in line with the Liz Earle strategy, across Paid Social and Affiliates.
  • Expertly create, review and submit briefs in accordance with the commercial & brand calendar for agencies and network/affiliate partners, working closely with stakeholders to ensure all briefs & campaigns are delivered accurately and on-time.
  • Support affiliate channel expansion by building and developing relationships with potential partners across varying verticals into our Liz Earle and TikTok shop programs.
  • Work closely with brand marketing to deliver creative insights to ensure the supply of on brand, relevant assets that fuel our campaign-setup and creative testing plan across multiple channels.
  • Promote our brands through accurate, compelling & unmissable creative and copy as briefed to our internal design teams. Ensure all media assets are accurate, optimised & engaging.
  • Support the daily optimisation of the channels towards set KPIs. Regularly monitor & lead on channel performance reporting, to enable data driven decisions and learnings for optimisation and high return on investment.
  • Utilise analytics tools to assess the effectiveness of performance marketing channels accurately and insightfully.
  • Partner with the wider Digital Marketing team to ensure all performance marketing activity is consistent with other channels for campaigns, new launches & the BAU calendar, considerate of the end-to-end customer journey.
  • Represent performance marketing across all internal meetings & presentations.
  • Actively take a lead on sharing competitor activity, new ideas & marketing developments/best practice for personal and channel development.

What you’ll need to have

  • Strong understanding & successful track record of marketing activation in Paid Social and Affiliate channels.
  • A growth mindset with strong attention to detail and a passion for test & learn.
  • Ability to work under pressure effectively and efficiently, able to juggle priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the confidence to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Ability to work closely and productively with internal partners and external agencies.
  • Experience in working with analytics tools (GA4, Adobe Analytics), media partner ad platforms (Meta Ads Manager, Tiktok Ads Manager etc) and affiliate networks via agency or in-house.
  • Data driven, but with a keen creative eye.
