Senior Performance Marketing Executive

My client is a US-based real estate company currently looking to expand their well-established UK team. Based in the heart of London, offering a salary of up to £40,000 with a hybrid working model.

You will develop, manage, and optimise email automation programs alongside the Insights team and the Senior Performance Marketing Manager. Your responsibilities include managing paid campaigns across PPC, Display, and Programmatic channels. You will ensure all communications are of high quality in copy, tone, and design, optimised for engagement and conversions. Using Google Analytics and performance reports, you will analyse ROI, campaign performance, and website traffic to optimise campaigns. You will collaborate with the broader marketing team to present campaign performance and insights to support marketing strategies.

Ideal candidates will have experience across digital marketing channels such as Email automation, Display, PPC, or Paid Social, with a strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills across various marketing tools. Experience in creating and writing ad copy for performance marketing channels is also essential.
